At our most recent volunteer event our Mercy ambassadors packed over 2000+ food boxes to go to families in need in the greater Phoenix area.

Chas and Michelle are dedicated individuals who serve as the directors of MERCY at the Phoenix International Christian Church. With their passion for guiding and uplifting the younger generation, they have been instrumental in transforming the lives of many young people within their community.
Chas brings a wealth of experience to his role as the director of MERCY. He has spent several years working, honing his skills in leadership. Chas possesses a compassionate heart and a deep understanding of the struggles that today’s youth encounter. Through his leadership, he strives to create a safe and inclusive environment where young people can find solace, empowerment, and guidance.
Michelle complements Chas’s expertise with her unique set of skills and experiences. Michelle’s warm and nurturing nature helps her establish strong connections with the youth, allowing her to provide them with the guidance and encouragement they need to navigate the complexities of life. Her unwavering dedication to fostering personal growth and resilience in the youth community is truly inspiring.
Together, Chas and Michelle form an exceptional team, united by their shared mission to inspire, restore, and empower young individuals in the greater Phoenix area. Through their leadership and unwavering commitment, they work tirelessly to create opportunities for personal development, emotional healing, and spiritual growth. What We Stand For
M.E.R.C.Y.
MERCYWORLDWIDE is a faith-based International Human Service Organization, spread across all six populated continents. MERCY is the acronym for “Maximizing Efforts for Relief Care and Youth.” One of the special qualities of MERCYWORLDWIDE is our ever-growing base of talented, dedicated and spirited volunteers, which we call “MERCY Ambassadors.” They are our representatives who are extending love and MERCY to those in need in their respective communities. We Maximize Efforts by partnering with national and international organizations and work through our volunteers, the MERCY Ambassadors, and staff members to help provide Relief and Care to those in underdeveloped and vulnerable conditions, with a special focus on Youth.
